The Place of Purpose serves adults with physical disabilities who want the independence of living on their own. We create a shared handicapped accessible living facility. This provides a lower cost of housing for the residents and the ability to share caregivers. We assist in finding ways for residents to become active by bringing in the local community to assist with hobbies, classes, outings, and other activities. We give peace of mind for aging parents who have children with physical disabilities.
Living with a physical disability is a real struggle, financially, physically, and emotionally. Sharing these struggles with others will lessen their burden.
We want to assist in finding success for each of our residents. We want them to become active in society both economically and socially.
We intend for our place to be uplifting, and bring hope, courage, strength, and prosperity to our families.
